Mr Persianis was appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director in June 2026. Mr Persianis is a finance professional with over 30 years of experience internationally in Central Banking, Asset Management and Corporate Strategy.

He was Founder and Managing Director of Centaur Financial Services, a discretionary portfolio management company with a presence in the UK and Cyprus and subsequently the Managing Director of Nomuscapital Investments Ltd in Cyprus, a regulated Alternative Investment Fund Management company that sets up and manages private funds for a diverse range of private and institutional clients.

He has served as a Non-Executive Director at Central Bank of Cyprus (2014–2019), Bank of Cyprus plc (2013) and Hellenic Bank plc (2020–2024). He previously worked as a Senior Manager at Bain & Company (London), one of the world’s largest strategy consulting firms.

He holds an Electrical Engineering undergraduate degree from the University of Cambridge and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA, Major in Finance & Investment Banking) from the Wharton Business School.
