{"id":19284,"date":"2025-09-08T15:12:26","date_gmt":"2025-09-08T12:12:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.nbg.com.cy\/ernestos-panagiotou\/"},"modified":"2025-10-23T11:04:15","modified_gmt":"2025-10-23T08:04:15","slug":"ernestos-panagiotou","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.nbg.com.cy\/en\/ernestos-panagiotou\/","title":{"rendered":"Ernestos Panayiotou"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"color: #212121;\"><strong>CV<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Member of the Board of Directors of National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ernestos Panayiotou was appointed as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of National Bank of Greece (Cyprus) Ltd in May 2024.<\/p>\n<p>In May 2019, he joined the NBG Group where he currently holds the position of General Manager of Transformation, Strategy &amp; International Activities and is a member of the Executive Committee.<\/p>\n<p>Before rejoining the NBG Group in 2019, he was Partner at McKinsey &amp; Company, where he worked during the periods 2001-2005 and 2012-2018. At McKinsey, he focused on serving financial institutions in Greece, Cyprus, the USA and the Middle East on strategy, transformation and risk management topics.
